Challenge
A boutique landscape design firm that had been successfully operating strictly by word-of-mouth referrals wanted to attract new design/build clients and introduce a new maintenance division to market to prospects and existing clients.
Solution
We recommended a new corporate identity and marketing program that included stationery items redesign and printing; brochure redesign and printing; trade show signs design and printing; direct mail campaign design, copywriting, printing and mailing; and a new website design. The website was created to better position the company as a professional landscape design firm and to provide a place where they can showcase their work with before-and-after photos. We also created four direct mail postcards and helped the company with list acquisition to obtain prospect names based on specific criteria to add to their existing mailing list of customers.
Results
Within a month, our customer saw a 6% return on their investment in this direct marketing and website design campaign.
