Our Team

I am happily married to my best friend, Fred. We have three sons, Brian, Kevin, and Chandler, one daughter, Katelyn, and one daughter in-law, Ellen. Two of the kids are still in the house. Fred and I attend lots of kid's sports functions and kid’s events. Besides that and work, we love to vacation, eat out, and volunteer at church. Life is busy. Life is good.
I live in Mount Joy with my husband Rick and our Yellow Labrador Retriever, Cooper. I enjoy spending time with friends and family preferably on a sunny beach. Unfortunately that doesn’t happen as often as I would like it to. If your ever in Mount Joy keep an eye out for Cooper and me, we might be out for our morning run.
I am originally from Williamsport, home of the little league, and have lived in the area for the last 12 years. I enjoy watching my three nephews play soccer, spending time with my family, shopping with friends, antiquing, baking, the beach, car shows and watching scary movies. I volunteer for the Special Olympics and love to help someone in need.
Originally from York, I moved to Lancaster following my graduation from Kutztown University. Since then I've enjoyed using my degree, and now 14 years of experience, to help our customers grow their businesses. Marketing is exciting to me, because there is always more to learn as new capabilities and opportunities arise.

In addition to working full time with H & H Graphics Group, I'm also part owner in my own business. So I understand how important it is to maximize your investment by creative effective marketing plans and materials.

Outside of work, I like to stay active. I've been playing volleyball since the eighties! But what I enjoy most is spending time with family; especially my husband and five-year old son. We like to ride bikes, play games and read books together. You might see us out exploring all the amazing family-friendly activities we're fortunate to have around this area. We are always "on the go!"

We also have fun with our furry kid – an adopted ex-racing greyhound named Regal Thunder. He's our big, silly "40 mph couch potato." He takes pleasure in wearing a race track pattern into our nice backyard, and then sleeping the day away... while we attempt to repair our grass.
I am married to my high school sweetheart. We have been blessed with 1 son, Cody who is already a teenager. Cody has played hockey since he was 5 years old and both my husband and I help with his team serving as manager & treasurer. We live on 50 acres and there is always something to be done so we stay busy working outside. I also enjoy church activities, going to the gym, 4 wheeling with family and just hanging out with family and friends. Another big part of our life and family is our adorable little fox terrier, Elvis who loves being outside as much as we do.
I was born in Lancaster and remain there today. I spend much of my spare time outdoors fly fishing, bicycling, kayaking or just doing yard work. I also enjoy playing hockey, throwing horse shoes, and just hanging out with friends and family. I have learned a lot over the past three years with the company, and I'm always looking forward to what's ahead.
I am a mother of three grown daughters and married to a wonderful husband. We have two sons-in-law and we absolutely love being first time grandparents to our one year old granddaughter! My husband and I enjoy playing tennis, hiking, bike riding, and kayaking... all the things you didn't have time to do while raising a family! We have two cats, Tar & Dixie who keep us company.
Important facts about Mike... God, family, work... in that order. I am blessed with two beautiful women in my life: Deb, my wife, and Sammi, my daughter. I love them dearly and I truly enjoy spending time with them. In addition to hanging out with the family, I enjoy riding my motorcycle, leading a men's bible study group, volunteering at church, making a difference in people's lives, and growing my relationship with friends. Oh, and I like my job too!
