Our Story

Different is the perfect word to describe who we are and what we do.  John and Heather are different.  John and Heather have known each other since their college days and although they have VERY DIFFERENT personalities they complement each other to form a whole.   They come from different backgrounds- John is a mid-westerner and Heather an east-coaster; John speaks Japanese and Heather doesn’t; Heather grew up in her parents printing business, John grew up in the corporate world; but they both love what they do.

 Our staff is made up of a group of wonderful people with different talents, experiences and knowledge. The thing they have in common is that they were each hand picked to complement each other and our company.

 Our company is different because we started it with the understanding that the digital world was here and we had to understand it and use it to meet our clients’ business needs. 

 We have used the different technologies available – both offset and digital- to allow us to meet our clients' needs … when they need, where they need and how they need them met.

Our Team

As a business owner, John wears a lot of hats during a work day. The Print Specialist Hat, The Marketing Services Hat, the IT Specialist Hat, the Business Owner Hat, and a lot of the time the “Hey, can you….? “ Hat.

The cool thing is, is that he is able to keep all those hats handy and switch back and forth, “ at the drop of a hat.”

John specializes in working with clients to recommend solutions that work for their companies. He can recommend more ways to grow your business by better reaching your clients, communicating within your company or organizing your sales force efforts- all by utilizing Printing and Marketing Services.

In the industry since the age of fourteen, and with the scars to prove it, Heather has seen the transition from “old school” to the “digital age”, first hand.
She understands the new opportunities this change in technology offers to clients and has a great time brainstorming how to use them to make them look great and grow sales.

Ask her to help you “step outside the box” by adding a pURL , a personalized message or an eye-catching, targeted direct mail campaign to your printing and marketing materials.

With a sharp eye and quick wit (sometimes) she will not only pinpoint the most effective steps to take but will have fun with you, while doing it.
Client support and assistance are Dave’s super powers, but his secondary skills will WOW! you, as well. Faster than a speeding bullet and able to leap tall buildings- Dave can also multi-task by performing data management, sales assistance, estimating, recommending, questioning and laughing- all at the same time. Give him a call- you’ll enjoy it!
Raquel has experience in corporate marketing, public relations, strategic planning, and account management from both the client and agency perspective.
Her focus is three-fold: to learn about your company’s specific needs, to understand your desired result, and to work with our marketing, design and production teams to translate your needs into high-quality and effective marketing solutions. Raquel will make sure that your marketing message is heard loud and clear.

On top of all that, she is a legacy Sir Speedyite; which means she knows “what to do, how to do it and how to make it happen!”

She’s also tons of fun!
As a Print and Marketing Consultant and all around "Good Guy", DJ is not only a lot of fun but he knows his stuff. Count on him to help you find.... More ways to grow your business.
With her philosophy being “the first thing people should see is your smile”, Chrissy is the epitome of brightness and sunshine.

Her graphic design and business management background give her the ability to visualize and plan a successful integrated marketing campaign.

Chrissy is excited to learn about your business and then assist you in planning your printing and marketing to meet your goals. She can also share the latest marketing strategies, such as social media management, use of QR codes, FanTools and pURL’s and apply them to your specific needs.
Our Laura, has the ‘creds to impress. With both art and printing backgrounds she is able to manage and plan a wide variety of marketing and printing projects. Calm, cool and collected, she handles the most complicated and detailed projects with hardly a deep breath. Ask for her- she’ll offer advice, ideas and a cool ‘tude….
Cyndi is our production genius. We gave her the nickname, Cyndilina, because she always has a “magical” way of accomplishing the most complicated of projects. Her production experience and sharp eye for detail ensures your project looks perfect, every time!
Bob is a printing craftsman with more than 30 years of experience in offset and digital printing. He knows how to fine-tune our technologies so you always get a high-quality product every time. He’s proud of his work and you’ll be proud of him, too.
Mark is our large format and production specialist who also wears many other hats within our organization. Easy-going and always at the top of his game, he can mount and laminate posters in the morning, deliver finished projects around lunch time and produce thousands of catalogs in the afternoon. His willingness to do whatever it takes to “get the job done” and to work closely with our team members sure makes the amount of projects we produce seem like a breeze!
Al has the "Can-Do attitude" that is essential to being part of Sir Speedy and keeping up with the "Can you..." requests we get from our clients each day. Need it here? Need it there? Need it ...WHEN??? Don't worry... Al's got it under control.
