Jack, Evan and Brandon Bloom, the co-owners of Sir Speedy of Westbury/Hauppauge/Melville, have grown their printing and marketing services company since 1992 to be one of the largest centers in the franchise network. In April of 2008 the company doubled its physical size by moving into a new production facility in the New Cassel Industrial Park in Westbury, New York. The Bloom Family has worked diligently in educating members of the Long Island business community about their business, the services they offer and their commitment to personalized customer service. The company was the first to market a complete web based document management system, affordable to the small and mid-size business. They were also one of the first on Long Island to install Xerox digital press with variable data and print technology. This hardware and software combination put them at the forefront of the one to one marketing industry. These are just a few examples of the way Sir Speedy of Westbury/Hauppauge/Melville continues to grow and build a superior reputation in a very competitive industry.
Jack,
Evan and Brandon have also demonstrated a commitment to the Long Island
civic community. Their core belief that a strong community is the
cornerstone for building a strong business has been evident throughout
their existence. In 2004 Brandon Bloom served as President of the East
Meadow Chamber of Commerce, where he was the youngest president in the
50 year history of this important local business organization. Brandon
is also a founding member and past President of the Long Island
Entrepreneur's Group. Evan Bloom is a Board Member & Vice President
of Membership for the Long Island Elite, Board Member of the Long Island
Forum for Entrepreneurs and Member of the Health & Business
Alliance .
Both Brandon & Evan were selected as Long Island Business News 40
under 40 Award winners. This award is recognition as one of the 40 most
influential people under the age of 40 on Long Island. They are also
proud to have been a part of raising over $100,000 by participating in
the Long Island Fight's for Charity boxing event. In 2009 they were
honored as Corporate Citizens of the Year by the Mental Health
Association.
In 2004 the Bloom Family created Ink & Toner USA. A company with locations in New York and Florida selling remanufactured ink and toner products.
In 2006 The Bloom's expanded there business model with the acquisition of both Printing Mart of LI and TG Advertising & Printing. Both companies had served the Long Island business community for many decades.Back to top
