Our company has been using Sir Speedy to print our letterhead, envelopes, and business cards for a number of years. We have been very pleased with their service. Currently, the only area that I would like to see improve is a more detailed review by Sir Speedy's staff of the proofs relative to business cards prior to submitting to the customer for review and approval. I'm aware that this process can often times be difficult due to the initial draft submitted by the customer. Sometimes, customers don't initally know what they want. However, predrafted business cards based on the customer's standard format should not require more than one proof and approval by the customer. Overall, Sir Speedy does an awesome job. If Vince and his team at Sir Speedy aren't your go to company for signage, then here is your chance to work with the best. I needed some signs made for our hotel that were outdated and need of a new look. Vince was extremely quick to respond and even came out to the property to ensure our vision was clear to him, not something you get from the online stores. We received our signs in less than a week after the quote was signed and even had them hand delivered by Vince himself. In my world where relationships mean everything, these guys are some of the best!
