I met with Eric in June about printing a Classmate Directory for our 50th Class Reunion. I guessed at the number of pages and copies needed, and Eric gave me a rough estimate as to the cost, which was very reasonable. In September, our order was changed to add a color cover and several pages of color photographs. While the cost of color increased the price, Eric's estimate remained extremely reasonable. I sent him the final PDF, and the Directories were done in two days! The next week several last-minute entries came in a few days before the reunion. I asked Eric if he could print the addendum, and he had it done the same day! Eric went above and beyond to accommodate my deadlines.
