The result wasn’t great, and with the grand opening approaching fast, I needed help—fast. Sir Speedy stepped in and completely turned the situation around. My experience working with the people at Sir Speedy Newtown was that they had a willingness to be helpful. That may seem like a duh statement, since they are in a service industry, but we needed collaboration in order to get a finished product that met our needs, and they delivered by being accommodating with their time and patient through the review and revisions process.
