Communications back and forth were always very smooth, even during the time when Sir Speedy was moving offices. There was one production problem that we inadvertently created on our end (our first-ever Tshirt), and Sir Speedy was able to fix our problem without additional cost to us! We were happy with the quality of the final products, pricing was good... 100% a good experience.

When I look for incoming emails, I scan the left side of my mail page to see the names or company names of those who have written me, not the center area with the email subject matter. I imagine it would be difficult to change your "customer service" title to something including the words Sir Speedy, but that is how I missed spotting the email with the proofs of my new business cards which were sent to me on a Monday, but not found until Thursday when I called your shop. I am not complaining AT ALL about the timing..... just about the sender's "name" not giving any indication that the email was from your shop. I understand that Dan (thank you, Dan, for the nice job on my new cards!) works remotely, so using "Sir Speedy" in his email might not be an option, but perhaps new and senior customers could be advised that this is what to look for when awaiting the proofs. Carrianne was very helpful and lovely to work with, and Dash is a charmer!

I had an issue with a final product, in this case printed envelopes. Lindsey and Conan were extremely helpful and willing to work with me to resolve it to my satisfaction-even though I had failed to catch the mistake myself. This is extremely important for nonprofit organizations who are limited in funds that can be used for advertising but rely heavily on the advertising benefits to the organization. We had a very urgent project: an academic family tree for the 80th birthday of a highly respected professor at Cornell University. We had just a few days left before the birthday, and I was very stressed when I first called Sir Speedy in Charlottesville from Norway. I called to get a quote for customer invoices, I had an email with the quote in a couple hours. I asked if they delivered to the Lake Monitcello area and Kim responded if I sent her the file by the following morning they could deliver them to me the following afternoon! We had a creative idea for how to welcome back our teachers to school in the Fall. Because of the timing, we had very little lead time to put our plan into action.
