Ordering my marketing materials has become remarkably streamlined. The customer service is exemplary, and the quality of the items I have purchased thus far has surpassed my expectations. Having discovered Sir Speedy of Charlottesville, I will no longer need to depend on ordering my marketing products online or from out of state.

I had a production snafu this week, and needed promotional materials for the event I had today. I called yesterday afternoon and spoke with a lovely woman named Carrie Ann I believe. She assured me that we could do something, and had stickers and magnets printed and ready to go at 10am this morning. Your team pulled a rabbit out of their collective hats and I couldn’t be more grateful! They did a great job!

Conan and his Sir Speedy staffers were great to work with on Sin Barreras's just-finished Cville Sabroso 2024. Communications back and forth were always very smooth, even during the time when Sir Speedy was moving offices. There was one production problem that we inadvertently created on our end (our first-ever Tshirt), and Sir Speedy was able to fix our problem without additional cost to us! We were happy with the quality of the final products, pricing was good... 100% a good experience.

When I look for incoming emails, I scan the left side of my mail page to see the names or company names of those who have written me, not the center area with the email subject matter. I imagine it would be difficult to change your "customer service" title to something including the words Sir Speedy, but that is how I missed spotting the email with the proofs of my new business cards which were sent to me on a Monday, but not found until Thursday when I called your shop. I am not complaining AT ALL about the timing..... just about the sender's "name" not giving any indication that the email was from your shop. I understand that Dan (thank you, Dan, for the nice job on my new cards!) works remotely, so using "Sir Speedy" in his email might not be an option, but perhaps new and senior customers could be advised that this is what to look for when awaiting the proofs. Carrianne was very helpful and lovely to work with, and Dash is a charmer!

Thankfully Lindsey picked up the phone and was super helpful and nice! I am picky about my paper and printing services. Lindsey was GREAT by catering to my needs. She pulled out all of the papers they have in store for me to look at and feel. She explained to me what she needed from me and was able to make me my beautiful flyers for me and my two marketers. I had an issue with a final product, in this case printed envelopes. Lindsey and Conan were extremely helpful and willing to work with me to resolve it to my satisfaction-even though I had failed to catch the mistake myself. This is extremely important for nonprofit organizations who are limited in funds that can be used for advertising but rely heavily on the advertising benefits to the organization. We are very grateful.

We had a very urgent project: an academic family tree for the 80th birthday of a highly respected professor at Cornell University. We had just a few days left before the birthday, and I was very stressed when I first called Sir Speedy in Charlottesville from Norway. I had no opportunity to be physically present, and I was afraid that something can go out of control. But everything went very well! We had a few errors after we confirmed printing, but we were still allowed to make changes. Everything was printed on time and budget and delivered safely. I called to get a quote for customer invoices, I had an email with the quote in a couple hours. I asked if they delivered to the Lake Monitcello area and Kim responded if I sent her the file by the following morning they could deliver them to me the following afternoon! I think that is awesome service!! I will be reordering invoice in the future!

We had a creative idea for how to welcome back our teachers to school in the Fall. Because of the timing, we had very little lead time to put our plan into action. Steve and his team at Sir Speedy made it happen. He was easy to connect and communicate with throughout the project. His team provided great turnaround time which was critical given our timeline.
