The Role

We are hiring a Large Format Printing Operator to join our production team.

Experience is NOT required – we will fully train the right person on all equipment and processes.

What matters most to us is finding someone who is highly detail-oriented, can quickly comprehend and retain new information, and consistently follows through on tasks. These qualities are essential because our work involves precise measurements, color accuracy, and multi-step production processes where small details make a big difference in quality.

The Person We’re Looking For

Extremely attentive to detail and committed to producing high-quality work every time.

Able to read, understand, and remember written and verbal instructions accurately.

Strong follow-through: you finish what you start and double-check your work.

Basic math skills.

• Good color perception (ability to distinguish colors accurately).

• Comfortable with computers (Windows systems).

• Physically able to lift 40+ lbs.

• Climb short ladders while carrying materials.

• Stand for extended periods.

• Reliable, punctual, and a positive team player.

Bonus (Not Required)
Any experience with large-format printing, RIP software (Onyx or similar), vinyl plotters, laminators, or sign production.

Familiarity with color management or digital printing

What You’ll Do (We Will Train You)

• Operate and maintain large-format  printers (Canon, CET) 

• Operate and maintain finishing equipment (Colex CNC router, laminators, cutters).

• Load, print, cut, and finish various media up to 64” wide.

• Learn & use software to prepare and output files for print.

• Perform routine equipment maintenance and keep the production area clean and organized.

• Monitor inventory and assist with in-house sign installations when needed.

Job Details

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on abilities and performance)

Expected Hours: 40–45 per week

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift (8:30 AM–5:00 PM)

Location: In person – Saint Petersburg, FL 33714 (required reliable transportation)
