There are more than 5 stars at Sir Speedy. I went in to make copies from my phone which is complicated as it is. Right away Maria gave me instructions and made the process so easy. If I had an issue, I had a whole team of professionals around me. They're customer service is second to none. Instead of feeling like a dummy they guided through made me feel like a long time customer. Now I just email from my phone and pick up my copies when I'm ready.
