About the Role
Sir Speedy Pittsburgh is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused professional to join our team in a hybrid Sales & Customer Service Support role. This position plays a critical part in supporting our core customer accounts while also serving as a front-line representative of our business.

Under the direction of our Sales Leader, this individual will assist with day-to-day order management and project coordination for key accounts. Additionally, this role will step in to support phone, email, and walk-in traffic—helping customers with new orders, job status questions, and general inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
Account & Sales Support

  • Provide direct support to the Sales Leader in managing key customer accounts
  • Coordinate quotes, proposals, and order details for core customers
  • Track project timelines, job status, and delivery milestones
  • Serve as a liaison between sales, customer service, and operations to ensure smooth project execution
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM and internal systems
Customer Service & Front Desk Support
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers
  • Answer and manage inbound phone calls and email inquiries
  • Support order intake, status updates, pricing inquiries, and general customer questions
  • Route requests appropriately and ensure timely follow-up
  • Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming front desk presence
Collaboration & Administrative Support
  • Work closely with sales, customer service, and production teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
  • Assist with administrative tasks and internal coordination as needed
  • Stay informed on product offerings and company policies to provide accurate information
Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience in customer service, sales support, account coordination, or related role
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a proactive problem-solving mindset
